Happy Anniversary Shelby & Nate! I seriously can’t believe it’s been a year since these two be came Mr and Mrs, and I’ve loved getting this blog together and reliving that happy day! We’ll start with their formal session that I almost rescheduled because there was a crazy thunderstorm rolling in but I’m so glad we stuck it out because holy cow!!! The clouds against that green grass was unbelievable! We only ended up being able to shoot for about 40min before we got completely rained out but I love love LOVE these photos!
Next is Shelby & Nate’s wedding day! I always say if you do formal photos, it will guarantee good weather on your wedding day so of course it was a perfect summer day for them! Their backyard reception was stunning and so full of fun details! Nate and his groomsman were hilarious. When we were taking bridal party photos, one of them said “it would be hilarious if we made a human pyramid” and I bet them that they couldn’t do it. They totally proved me wrong! Later that night, I learned that not only were they up to a challenge but apparently all of them are amazing dancers as well! It was such a fun party and I laughed the entire time!
